We categorize dining and drinking establishments based on what their primary focus is, or what they are best known for. This is sometimes a very difficult decision, as many establishments feature both dining and drinking. A place like Chuckanut Brewery, for example has a fine restaurant, but is best know for their beer, hence their default listing is under the “Drinking” heading.
