Caffe Adagio

Our business began with a vision of excellent coffee, warmth, and European culture. The word adagio, a term often used in classical music, refers to a slower, more soothing tempo. The word caffe is the Italian word for coffee. Together,  our name represents the European tradition of pausing to enjoy one’s coffee.
