Our Espresso Bean is Tony’s very best: Ganesha. A locally roasted bean that not only was awarded 94 points (much like a wine testing high), but was the Winner of the 2013 America’s Best Espresso Competition in Seattle. And our Machines are La Marzocco. A company that has a world renown reputation for making beautiful, high quality, superbly crafted and uniquely designed machines. And even though we are using what we believe to be the best product in the best machine possible (the GB/5), we know full well that it is the hand of the barista which allows each specially crafted drink to reach its full potential. So our baristas are continually challenged to create a more pure flavor with each shot of espresso they pour. It is an art that can never be perfected, but will always be strived for.
