And our Machines are La Marzocco. A company that has a world renown reputation for making beautiful, high quality, superbly crafted and uniquely designed machines. And even though we are using what we believe to be the best product in the best machine possible (the GB/5), we know full well that it is the hand of the barista which allows each specially crafted drink to reach its full potential. So our baristas are continually challenged to create a more pure flavor with each shot of espresso they pour. It is an art that can never be perfected, but will always be strived for. –
