A recent article from The Northern Light, describes new a new food truck that has opened in the area, the Bordertown Grill. According to the article, owner Ken Jensen has been in the restaurant business for years, with previous experience as the chef at the Semiahmoo Resort and the Silver Reef Casino, among others.
